Payment information at the reservation stage:
All payments are due on the due date indicated in the reservation process.
The deposit is due at the time of booking. The full payment is due 52 days before rental.
For the bookings made less than 52 days prior to departure, full payment must be paid at the time of booking. The payment must to be made before pick-up in all rentals.
Any alterations to a booking after it is confirmed will incur a Euro 50 fee and will be charged to your credit card. Any payment already made towards the rental will not be refunded; nor shall any differential amount be refunded if this alteration leads to a lesser rental cost.
Cancellation policy
No refunds can be given for rentals ended early, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date, even if cancellation
protection (see explanation below) is taken out. All cancellations must be made in writing, by fax or email. Date of cancellation is taken as the date that
the cancellation request is received (working days only). Cancellation of a booking incurs the loss of all monies paid unless Cancellation Protection is purchased at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Protection (CP)
Cancellation Protection can be purchased in order to reduce the loss associated in the unfortunate event that you must cancel a booking. This is a given as a percentage of the total cost and can be purchased on the last page in the booking process.
When you purchase Cancellation Protection you are only liable to forfeit the following percentage of the amounts paid.
In case of cancellation 55 days prior to rental 50% of deposit is forfeit. In case of cancellation 40-54 days prior to rental 70% of advance payment, and if rental is cancelled 25-39 days prior, 85% of the total price is forfeit. In case of cancellation 0-24 days prior to rental, 100% of the total price is forfeit.
All cancellations request MUST be advised in writing to EU Bookings Ltd (address below) and it is the date of receipt of the request which determines the
number of days before a booking pick up date.
Note:
Cancellation of a booking incurs the loss of all monies paid unless Cancellation Protection (as outlined above) is purchased at the time of reservation.

EuBookings Ltd accept Visa and MasterCard. You may also pay by bank transfer. Please advise in advance us of any payments sent via bank transfer.
Please Note: A 1.9% credit card fee will be applied to your booking when processing your payment. In addition, please note that if any refunds are made to your credit card, a 1.9% credit card fee will also apply.
IMPORTANT:
When you pick up your vehicle you must be in possession of (and present to the supplier) a major credit card held in the name of a person that will drive the vehicle. This credit card must have sufficient funds to cover the required deposit amount. Suppliers will not accept the credit card of a third party who will not be present at the time of the rental. Unfortunately suppliers will not accept cash as a method of payment.

General Rental Information
The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least 2 years.
Driving license printed with non Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic etc) must be complemented by an International driving license.
Please show a valid ID card or passport at time of pick up.
Vehicles are rented on a daily (24-hour) basis.
Special rental information
Age Restrictions
In Croatia, the following rules apply for the minimum age and possession of a drivers license:
25 years old/5 years
A Senior driver fee applies if the driver is over 60 years of age. This option is available on the Extras Page during the booking process.
Rental
We accept all credit cards from internationally recognised credit card companies – such as American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa.
We do not accept any prepaid cards or debit cards (Visa Electron, Maestro).
Prepaid Rental
The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express Card, VISA Card, Diners Card. We do not accept any prepaid cards or debit cards (Visa Electron).
The renter must be the owner of the indicated creditcard. The authorised driver details and method of payment will be confirmed at reservation stage and cannot be amended. The confirmed credit card should be valid and available for presentation on collection of the vehicle. All extra costs that occur during the car rental will be charged to this credit card.
Generally
An advance charge approval is obtained for the chosen means of payment as a security. The deposit is 3000 EUR. Please note, that payments with credit card may require the PIN of the credit card.
General Protection Conditions
Third Party Insurance (TI)
Protection coverage for the vehicle includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of 200,000.00 EUR for material damages.
Maximum cover for personal injuries is 400,000.00 EUR per injured person. Protection coverage is limited to Europe only.
Excluded from the protection is the use of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods. All protection as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required drivers license at the time of the event giving rise to claim.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver removes the drivers responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of damage.
If CDW is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car.
If CDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for 3.000 EUR
Super CDW (SCDW)
If CDW is already included in the rates, the renter can choose Super CDW to eliminate the Non-Waiverable Responsibility.
If Super CDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for 1.500 EUR.

Theft Protection (TP)
Theft Protection removes the drivers responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of theft. If TP is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car. If TP is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amount: 3.000 EURO. Included in your daily rental.
Wheel, Underside & Glass Coverage (WUG)
Wheel, Underside & Glass Coverage provides cover against the consequences of damages on wheels, windscreen, side windows, backwindow and undercarriage.
If WUG is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of damages on wheels, windscreen, side windows, backwindow and undercarriage.
If WUG is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts: 0,00 EUR.

Delivery & Collection
During Opening Hours
Delivery/Collection must be arranged at the time of reservation.
One-Way Rentals
One-Way-Rental are free of charge from the 7th day of rental. For short rentals 1-6 Days One-Way-Fee of 85,00 EUR will be charged.
Cross Border Rentals & Territorial Restrictions
Cross Border Rentals are allowed to the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great-Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City.
For entering above mentioned countries a Cross Border Fee. Available on the Extras Page during the booking process.
Extras
Additional Driver
An Additional Driver Surcharge is available on the Extras Page during the booking process.
Administration Fee For Fine
If the renter has a traffic/parking fine during the rental the renter will be charged an Administration Fee of 20.00 EUR together with the first settlement-proposition.
Refuelling Charge
All vehilces are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to return to Trophy rent a car, otherwise our current refuelling charges will apply.
For using the wrong fuel type when filling the car, a minimum charge of 400,00 EUR applies.
Lost of Key
A Loss Of Key Fee applies in the amount of the price of the official car dealer plus 50.00 EUR handling fee.
Document Loss
A Loss of Vehicle Document Fee of 250.00 EUR applies.
Vehicle Cleaning
In case the car requires a special cleaning procedure (i.e. smell removal, animal pollution, spill of liquids, cigarette burns on seating etc.) after returning, a minimum charge of 100.00 EUR will apply.

Please note that when you pick up your motorhome, you will sign a contract with the rental supplier. In the case of accidents and/or disputes, you should contact the depot. We will endeavour to facilitate communications, but your contract is with the supplier. Due to circumstances beyond the control of the rental depots, it may be necessary to substitute motorhome models. The depot will endeavour to give you the same type of motorhome.
Governing Law
Any and all disputes in respect of the reservation process shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
EU Bookings LTD.
For full and detailed terms and conditions, please read your motorhome rental contract on collection of the vehicle. The contract you sign on arrival is binding.
