Ryder Cup France 2018 Motorhome hire in France.The biennial Ryder Cup will take place just south west of Paris in 2018. The location is at Le Golf national south of Versailles on the fantastic L’Albatros course. The distance is just about 25 kms from the centre of Paris near the airfield of Toussus-le-Noble. All hotels are already booked out in the immediate area so the only location will be Paris and all the hotels will be charging a premium price for the event.
The Ryder Cup is a match play event, with each match worth one point. The competition format will be as follows:
- Day 1 (Friday) – 4 foursome (alternate shot) matches and 4 fourball (better ball) matches
- Day 2 (Saturday) – 4 foursome matches and 4 fourball matches
- Day 3 (Sunday) – 12 singles matches
We wish both the US and European teams all the best and may the best team win. The United States are the defending champions, but have lost the last five matches in Europe, having last won there in 1993.We are offering early booking discounts at the moment for pick up in Paris in the suburbs for 2 person to 7 person Motorhomes with shower and toilets. The minim rental is 7 days hire however you may drop back early if you wish but you must pay 7 days hire during the Ryder Cup dates in September.
